Pabs is a thought leader and ITSM professional, project, program and portfolio manager, consultant and trainer. He is the founding chapter president of the IT Service Management Forum Philippines Chapter. With 23 years’ experience in the information technology, engineering, manufacturing industries. Pabs has worked extensively in areas ranging from Project Management, ITSM competencies capability building, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering and Sales. His work has been recognized by the Asia Shared Services Outsourcing Network for Excellence in Improvement & Innovation last 2013.


Pabs specializes in ITSM, ITIL, and project management. He has provided ITIL, Portfolio, Program, Project Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Wellness and other corporate skills training across 3 continents. Pabs has lectured to his alma mater and provided consulting, talks to the public sector and industry associations. He is a lecturer at the top Philippine Universities, teaching ITSM, Project Management and Enterprise Systems to future IT professionals.

Von Katindoy, MA, PMP®
Von Katindoy is a teacher, trainer, writer and project manager. He obtained his MA degree in Philosophy at the Ateneo de Manila University where he is currently a philosophy instructor. In between his classes, he leverages his PMP to assist with the PM projects of UBQTY.  His business training competencies were honed at Citibank for 19 years and at Ayala Life (now known as BPI-Philam) for 6 years. He specializes in leadership and management training as well as employee engagement and self-care. He occasionally contributes to the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
